Board Meetings

The Board of Directors of the Timberon Water and Sanitation District of Timberon New Mexico will meet in Regular Session the second Tuesday of every month at 5:00 p.m.

 The meetings will be held at the Timberon Community Center Lodge located at 1 Bobwhite Circle, Timberon, New Mexico, 88350. 

Citizen Participation: All persons so desiring shall be permitted to attend and listen to the deliberations or proceedings.

An Agenda for each meeting is available and posted from the Timberon Water and Sanitation District seventy-two (72) hours prior to the meeting date.

Bylaws 5.02 A - Members of the public may request that items for consideration be placed on the agenda at the regular meetings of the BOD where the agenda for the regular meeting is discussed and set. The deadline for making requests to add agenda items by the public is one week prior to the scheduled meeting. The request shall be emailed to the BOD secretary or dropped off at the office using the Agenda request form.  There is a five-minute limit  for presentations. If that amount of time is insufficient the remaining information may be presented to the BOD in written form for consideration later.

OMA 10-15-1 (G) A draft copy of the minutes is prepared within 10 working days of the public meeting, and is available to the public by request.   E-mail the Board Secretary to request a copy of the draft minutes when it is available.

Note: The Timberon Water and Sanitation District is wheelchair accessible. Other special assistance for disabled attendees must be requested one week in advance by contacting the General Manager at the Timberon Water and Sanitation District Office at (575) 987-2250.
